Build and execute a social strategy that grows brand awareness, engagement, and pipeline.

Clearline is hiring a social media manager to own social strategy and execution across priority channels. You will build consistent, high-quality content that grows audience trust while supporting clear go-to-market outcomes.

You will work with marketing, product, and leadership to turn announcements, insights, and customer stories into social programs that perform.


What You'll Do

  • Own channel strategy: Plan and execute social content across LinkedIn and other priority platforms.
  • Build repeatable cadence: Maintain a structured content calendar tied to launches, campaigns, and events.
  • Create channel-native content: Write and package posts designed for engagement and clarity.
  • Partner on creative: Work with design and content teams to develop strong visual and written assets.
  • Measure and optimize: Track engagement, reach, and downstream conversion signals.
  • Strengthen brand consistency: Ensure tone, positioning, and quality stay consistent across all posts.
  • Move quickly: React to market moments and company updates with high-quality execution.

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years managing social media for B2B, SaaS, or technology brands.
  • Strong writing and editing skills with an eye for clear, concise messaging.
  • Analytical mindset and comfort with performance reporting.
  • Experience working with design teams and creative workflows.
  • Ability to manage calendars, priorities, and rapid-turnaround requests.
  • Strong judgment around brand voice and positioning.
  • Comfort collaborating with founders and cross-functional stakeholders.
