Growth Analyst
Own cross-functional growth initiatives across marketing and sales, from dealership acquisition to executive relationship programs.
Clearline is hiring a growth analyst to own growth outcomes across both marketing and sales. You will create and run the programs that generate pipeline, build executive relationships, and convert opportunities into new dealership customers.
This role is highly hands-on and highly strategic. You will work directly with leadership to prioritize the highest-leverage growth initiatives and execute quickly.
What You'll Do
- Own growth strategy and execution: Build and run initiatives spanning demand generation, outbound, events, partnerships, and deal acceleration.
- Close new dealerships: Partner with sales to move priority accounts from first touch through closed-won.
- Run executive dinners and group programs: Plan and host high-quality executive dinners and relationship events for dealership groups.
- Build full-funnel systems: Work with marketing and sales to improve lead quality, conversion rates, and pipeline velocity.
- Lead cross-functional growth projects: Coordinate campaigns and programs across marketing, sales, customer success, and product.
- Report on outcomes: Track performance against pipeline and revenue goals, and iterate based on clear metrics.
- Increase GTM leverage: Identify repeatable plays that improve dealership acquisition efficiency over time.
What We're Looking For
- Must-have: Previous experience working in automotive/dealerships (dealer group, OEM, automotive retail, or dealership-focused software/services).
- Proven ability to run both strategic and tactical growth initiatives end to end.
- Strong relationship-building skills with operators and executive stakeholders.
- Comfort owning high-visibility projects with tight timelines.
- Analytical mindset with strong judgment on prioritization and tradeoffs.
- Strong written and verbal communication.
