Account Executive

Run full-cycle sales with dealership operators and executives, from discovery through close.

Clearline is hiring an account executive to drive new revenue by running consultative sales cycles with dealership operators and leadership teams. You will own deals end to end and help customers understand how Clearline improves conversion, responsiveness, and operational efficiency.

You will partner closely with marketing, customer success, and product to ensure a strong buyer journey from first conversation to long-term value.


What You'll Do

  • Own full-cycle sales: Manage opportunities from qualification and discovery through negotiation and close.
  • Run high-quality discovery: Identify customer pain points, goals, and buying criteria with structured conversations.
  • Deliver tailored demos: Position product capabilities against each customer's operational priorities.
  • Build ROI cases: Quantify value and align stakeholders around measurable outcomes.
  • Drive deal execution: Maintain momentum, resolve blockers, and keep opportunities on track.
  • Maintain sales discipline: Keep CRM hygiene, forecasting, and pipeline reporting accurate.
  • Partner cross-functionally: Coordinate handoffs and feedback loops with success, marketing, and product teams.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven quota attainment in B2B SaaS or comparable complex sales environments.
  • Strong discovery, objection handling, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to sell to both operational and executive decision makers.
  • Strong written and verbal communication.
  • High accountability and disciplined follow-through.
  • Comfort working in startup environments with changing priorities.
  • Familiarity with value-based sales and multi-threaded deal strategy.
