Today, we’re excited to share that Clearline has raised $2M in seed funding to help dealerships drive more revenue by making sure every customer call is answered, handled, and converted.
The round was backed by Y Combinator, Garage Capital, Panache Ventures, Union Capital, and a group of experienced angel investors who deeply understand both software and the automotive ecosystem.
The Problem We’re Solving
Dealerships miss a meaningful number of inbound calls every day. Not because teams don’t care, but because phones spike during peak hours, after hours, and at the exact moments staff are already stretched thin. Each missed call is a missed appointment, a lost service booking, or a customer who moves on.
Clearline exists to close that gap.

We’re building a voice AI front desk designed specifically for dealerships. Clearline answers inbound calls, books appointments, handles common questions, and routes conversations to the right human when needed. It works alongside existing teams, stepping in when calls would otherwise go unanswered.
